Usage and spend numbers are estimates — not billing

The app shows two kinds of numbers about your Claude account, and both are informational estimates only:

The usage meter (Session, Week, and per-model bars) reflects data reported for your account at the time it was fetched. It can lag, differ from, or disagree with what Anthropic's own screens show.

The Spend section estimates what your usage would cost at published pay-as-you-go API list prices. It is computed entirely on your computer from Claude Code's local session logs. It is not a bill, it is not your subscription price, and it is not provided or verified by Anthropic. If you're on a subscription plan (Pro or Max), what you actually pay is your subscription fee — not the numbers shown. Prices change, logs can be incomplete, and estimates can be wrong.

For your real limits and real charges, rely only on Anthropic's own usage screens and your Anthropic billing account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impera Business Services accepts no liability for any difference between the figures shown by the app or this website and any amount you are actually billed, nor for any decision made in reliance on those figures.

The software is provided “as is”

The Claude Project Dashboard is free software, provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use it at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Impera Business Services or the app's contributors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with the software or its use, including (without limitation) loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Privacy

The app runs entirely on your computer. Your usage figures, spend estimates, project names, and files never leave your machine — the app does not send them to us or anyone else.

If you choose to enter your email address on the download page, we use it only to share updates about the app. Nothing else, and we don't sell or share it.

This website (as opposed to the app) keeps simple visit statistics, so we can tell which parts people actually find useful: which pages were opened, how long they were on screen, which link or search brought you here, and roughly which city the visit came from — worked out from your IP address, which is stored with the visit. It goes to our own server. It is never sent to Google, Meta, or any ad network, and it is never sold or shared. Your browser holds a random ID so a repeat visit isn't counted twice; it isn't linked to your name, and we set no advertising cookies.
